                                                                                                                                                                    1.科學調(diào)整安排工作時間。工作時間一般不超過6小時,并暫停12時至16時高溫時段工作。不能暫停12時至16時高溫時段工作的,應當暫停露天工作。                                                                                                                                                         

                                                                                                                                                         

                                                                                                                                                                    2.合理補充水和無機鹽。加強補水,補水方法宜少量多次。無機鹽的補充以食鹽為主,所補食鹽主要以菜湯、咸菜或鹽汽水等分配于三餐之中;也可通過食用富含無機鹽的蔬菜、水果、豆類及飲料來補充。                                                                                                                                                         

                                                                                                                                                         

                                                                                                                                                                    3.多補充水溶性維生素。日常膳食調(diào)配過程中注意選擇含維生素較多的食物。高溫作業(yè)時應根據(jù)供給情況盡量多吃各種新鮮蔬菜和瓜果補充水和無機鹽。                                                                                                                                                         

                                                                                                                                                         

                                                                                                                                                                    4.適當補充蛋白質(zhì)及熱能。高溫環(huán)境下機體易出現(xiàn)負氮平衡,因此蛋白質(zhì)的攝入量需適當增加,但不宜過多。                                                                                                                                                         

                                                                                                                                                         

                                                                                                                                                                    5.設(shè)法提高食欲。三餐安排在休息起床后、上班前或下班后1~2小時,以適應勞動后食欲較差的狀況。飲食烹調(diào)時應注意色香味,經(jīng)常變換花色品種,適當用涼拌菜,多用酸味或辛辣調(diào)味品。飯前最好喝一些菜湯以提高食欲。
